    Hey there!

    Once you start your request for withdrawal you should receive an email to confirm this. The process to confirm the payment on our end takes 40 days.

    This is due to validating your identity and other rigorous checks we have to make to meet international standards. However, once this is done, you should receive an email to confirm that your payment has been processed and the money is on its way to you. Currently, our payment processing is manual and so some delays can occur, so please keep this in mind.

    If you have not received an email make sure to check your junk/spam folders. You can check the status of your withdrawal in G-Loot Wallet, as well. When you make the request you will have a "Withdraw Pending" status on the funds you are taking out. Once it has been processed it will change to "Withdrawal Processed".

    If you find that you are waiting for a lot longer than 40 days for your payment to be confirmed, and have not received an email or seen a change in status in your wallet, I would recommend creating a support ticket so customer support can investigate the issue for you.  Reach out to them here: https://help.gloot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    It's also worth mentioning that should we be unable to process your payment we will notify you of this as well via email.
