    Sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with the turnaround on your support issues. I will make sure to pass it on to the team.

    Please keep in mind that the support team answers tickets based on the order they are received, so if there are people in the queue before you, they will be prioritized first. 

    We do advise that it can take between 2-4 days for support to get back to you, but it can take longer especially if there is a high volume of tickets to be answered. 

    Of course, this is always something to be improved upon as the company and product develop. I am sure the support team will find this feedback valuable.
