    If your account has been banned you need to reach out to customer support directly to find out more information on this, and to dispute the ban if you feel it has been made in error. You can do so via this link: https://help.gloot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    I would also recommend reading the terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of all the reasons your account might be banned. Please read sections 6 on Prohibited uses and Sections 7 on Participating in Competitions: https://company.gloot.com/terms-conditions/
