    Hey Mustafa, 

    We are aware of some users experiencing issues with receiving email verification code and have noticed that it is a common occurrence among users of Hotmail, Live, and Outlook email addresses. So we recommend that you try to create an account with another email service provider. 


    Also in future, this particular subject is better directed at our customer support team. You can submit a ticket to them via this link: https://help.gloot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Once you have created you have created your account you can reach out to support via this link and support can delete the first account you tried to create.
