If your withdrawal request is in the pending state please go to this article. Or if your withdrawal has been canceled please read up about it in this article.
There is a transaction period when your withdrawal has been sent out from our end, which varies depending on which payment method you have chosen for your withdrawal request.
Average transaction period from the date it was sent out from our end:
Paypal - The transaction is completed instantly after the payment team has sent it out to your account.
If you haven't received your withdrawal despite it being registered as completed, please make sure to reach out to customer support with the details of your withdrawal request.
VISA/Mastercard - 1-5 business days.
If you haven't received your withdrawal after 5 business days, you can reach out to customer support and request your ARN.
The ARN (Acquire reference number) is a string of digits that G-Loot receives as proof that a credit card transaction has been completed. With the ARN, you will be able to give it as a reference for that specific transaction, when you reach out to your bank.
If we have received an ARN from your payment provider, we know that the transaction has been completed. If despite this you have not received the transaction, you will have to track and dispute your transaction with your credit card provider/bank.
International bank transaction - May take up to 6 weeks, but can sometimes be longer.
Sending money between banks is a long and unpredictable process, due to how the receiving bank handles international bank transactions.
As soon as we send out a bank transaction, we have no overview or way of tracking the transaction.
Not to worry, we do have a process in place to handle a failed or bounced back bank transaction. When it is returned, we will immediately send the winnings back to the user wallet, and an automated email will be sent to notify you.
