There is a transaction period when your withdrawal has been sent out from our end. That transaction period is varying depending on which payment method you have chosen for your withdrawal request.
Transaction period from the date it was sent out from our end per payment service:
Paypal - The transaction is completed instantly as the payment team is sending it out to your account.
If you haven't received your withdrawal despite it being registered as completed, please make sure to reach out to support with the details of the payment regarding your withdrawal request.
VISA/Mastercard - 1-5 business days.
We recommend you if you haven't received your withdrawal within 5 business days, meaning working/bank days, you can reach out to support in order to receive your ARN.
The ARN (Acquire reference number) is a string of digits that we receive as a validation of a completed credit card transaction. With the ARN you will be able to use it as a reference for that specific transaction when reaching out to your bank.
As we have received an ARN from your payment provider we know that the transaction has been completed, you will have to dispute and track your transaction with your credit card provider/bank.
International bank transaction - Usually up to 6 weeks, but can be longer in certain cases.
Sending money between banks is a long and unpredictable process due to how the receiving bank is handling international bank transactions.
As soon as we send out a bank transaction we have no overview or way of tracking the transaction.
Not to worry, we do have a set routine of handling a failed or bounced back bank transaction, if/when they get back we will immediately send the winnings back to the user wallet, and an automated email will be sent out to you notifying the user of this.
