When a withdrawal request is pending (in the wallet, it will have the status “WITHDRAW_PENDING”) it means that it has not yet been processed by the payments team, and is yet to be sent out by G-Loot.
Each and every withdrawal request has to go through a compliance process before it is eligible to be sent out. This is in place to maintain and follow the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist policies we are obliged to follow by law. This check could take up to 14 days before it is validated to be sent out.
The compliance process also includes player protection measures to ensure that there have been no violations or abuse made on the platform by any user.
When it has been processed and sent out, you will receive an email to the email address that is associated with your account.
Depending on the payment method of the withdrawal, there is a varying transaction periods for when the transaction is finalized.
PayPal - Instantaneous
Credit card - 2-5 business days
Bank account - Up to 6 weeks, depending on how the receiving bank is handling international bank transactions.
G-Loot has a set routine of handling a failed, or bounced back, bank transaction. If or when it gets returned, we will immediately send the winnings back to the user wallet, and an automated email will be sent out to the user notifying the user of this. If you have not received your bank transaction 6 weeks after it was sent out from G-Loot, we recommend that you first reach out to your bank in order to track your transaction.
If you want to cancel your pending withdrawal, you will have to contact customer support with the request. Remember that we can only cancel a withdrawal request if it is still pending within our system, meaning that the withdrawal is still going through the compliance check.
If it has been more than 30 days since your request was made, and it still has not been sent out yet (status still “PENDING”), please reach out to support.
If the transaction period has exceeded the list above, please contact your bank and inquire about your withdrawal, and then contact customer support.
