The first thing you need to do, is to go to the website help.gloot.com
In the top right corner, you can find the "Submit a request" - click it
Fill in all the required fields, choose the correct field of issue, if it is G-Loot or GLL, a clear title of your issue, and a thorough description. (See below for a "technical problem" example)
How do I find the challenge ID?
To find the challenge ID, go to the G-Loot website, click your username, scroll down and choose the game of the challenge, click "History" and then click the copy icon next to the challenge you are having an issue with.
How do I find my user ID?
You can find your user ID in the client, or on the website. You can read how you find it here.
When you write in the title, the site will suggest articles that might help solve your issue. If none are helpful, just keep writing your description, add any attachments to clarify your issue, and then click "Submit"!
Customer Support will then receive your email, and will reply within 1 business day.
