You must make sure that your game details on your GLL account, for example your PUBG nickname or Autochess ID, are correct so that we are able to extract your stats and results from any games played on the GLL platform. Remember that these are case sensitive, so please double-check your data before saving it.
If you’re having any trouble with stats tracking incorrectly, please contact our team via the appropriate Discord channel. Please try to have screenshots ready if possible.
