Some reasons for this could be, but not limited to, the following:
- Incorrect SWIFT/BIC number
- Incomplete beneficiary name/card holder name
- Payment method might not belong to you personally
- Bank account number is not correct
- Deposit has not yet been made (Credit Card and PayPal)
- Has too many payment methods registered
