If you enter a Valorant Solo challenge on G-Loot where the objective is winning the game or achieving a specific amount of kills, the outcome of the challenge will only count correctly if you play the whole match.
If the match is interrupted for any reason (even if the game itself can reestablish it upon being restarted) the challenge will always be perceived as lost by G-Loot, and no winnings will be issued.
Here are a few examples of situations that can result in this:
Example #1: You enter the challenge Win 1 game. You start the match but right at the beginning of the game, it shuts down with no explanation.
Example #2: You enter the challenge Get 16 kills and in the middle of the match, Vanguard (the Valorant anti-cheat system) decides to terminate the match because it has detected unfair play.
Example #3: You enter the challenge Get 30 kills, but right before the game concludes there is an internet connection issue and you are forced to reload the game.
Note: This list is not complete, there may be multiple other reasons causing the game to end prematurely
In some of these cases, Valorant will let you return to the previous match and finish it. However, the G-Loot client will unfortunately not be able to discern this from a new match, and as such the previous match will be counted as lost.
If you are experiencing the game shutting down a lot for no apparent reason (or the game crashing) we strongly advise you to reach out to Riot support and request their help to further investigate the issue, as this can be caused by numerous different reasons.
If your internet connection is unreliable, please try to reestablish it, for example by issuing commands
in the Windows command prompt, or reconnecting your router/modem to see if this will make the connection more stable before you try playing G:Loot challenges again.
What happens to my money?
In the cases when the challenge ends as mentioned reasons in this article, the challenge will end as lost.
G-Loot does not issue potential winnings for these cases, or give back the entry fee.
