The dot next to the G-Loot icon should show green, to show that everything is working correctly.
If it turns red at any point, even if it was recently green, you may experience that the client is not tracking anything at all.
If you are experiencing that the client does not track, please check everything listed below:
Step 1: Check your operating system.
G-Loot client only works with Windows 10.
If you have this version and the client still does not track - please proceed to step 2.
If your Windows version is older - please get Windows 10 and try again. It should solve any tracking issues.
Step 2: The client will only work with Windows 10 versions no older than 2 years.
If you have not been updating your Windows, this may cause issues.
On your computer, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Get the newest version and install all available updates.
If you have the newest version of Windows and the system still does not track, go to step 3.
Step 3: The client will only track games that are installed on your computer.
This means that online cloud versions of games will not be tracked. If you are playing this game version, please install the actual game on your computer from the verified provider/game developer.
Relaunch the G-Loot client before playing again.
If none of the steps listed above apply to you, or help your case, please reach out to the support team.
Please describe your issue as detailed as you can, include your OS version, and provide client logs in your first email.
To find the logs: Right-click on the Overwolf app icon, in the pop-up select ''Support", in the opened window select ''Create logs zip'', and send the file to us as an attachment to the email.
