If you were banned from the G-Loot platform it means that our game admins or compliance team has determined that you have violated our terms and conditions.
Section 6 PROHIBITED USES, article 11, of the G-Loot Terms and Conditions states that "Any form of cheating will not be tolerated. Users are prohibited from influencing or manipulating a third party game so that the outcome is determined by anything other than its merits."

Winnings for all the reasons above will be removed, if there are any pending withdrawals that are not yet processed, these will be cancelled and the funds removed.
You are not allowed to evade any kind of ban by creating additional accounts. This will result in a permanent ban.
If there is a ban period listed in the automatic email you received it means that the ban will expire automatically on the day indicated in the email.
If you have received an email that your account has been suspended temporarily, your winnings are frozen. See the description of this reason below for more information.
Blocked or additional accounts may not be deleted for up to 2 years, since the account is blocked due to the violation of the platform’s Terms and Conditions.
Description of block reasons
If you have received a temporary suspension email
Your account has been flagged either by the compliance team or by the game admins.
You should reach out to customer support, who will give you more information regarding this.
They may ask you to provide additional information, and once you do, a decision will be made. This type of suspension does not remove your winnings, it only places them on hold (frozen account).
If you do not react to the temporary suspension email, your G-Loot account will stay blocked.
Having multiple accounts
One or more additional accounts were found on our service with your information. According to our Terms and Conditions, one user is only allowed to have one account, at all times, on our service (GLL and G-Loot).
Deliberate stats manipulation on G-Loot
This means that you have been abusing the platform’s challenges or leaderboards by enhancing your game performance in one way or another.
In other words, it includes, but is not limited to, the following ways of abuse (note: these are examples, list is not final):
Stats padding/inflation, smurfing, wallhacks, aim bots, usage of certain features of the game to which other opponents have no access.
To summarize, deliberate stats manipulation rounds up all the ways of gaming which allow you to know the outcome of the match before entering it.
Playing on multiple Steam or other 3rd party game accounts
This means that you have been playing G-Loot challenges from more than one Steam or game accounts.
Example - you were playing Hearthstone challenges on G-Loot from three different Hearthstone accounts.
Even though you are not requested to add your Steam or game nickname/account to your G-Loot profile, you still should only play on G-Loot from your main and only game account. This account should be your personal account (meaning that you cannot, for example, use your friend’s Steam account to play games on G-Loot challenges).
Account sharing or playing for someone else
This means that your account is related to another user/s in our system.
It is not allowed to let someone else play on your G-Loot account, or play from your game account on two or more G-Loot accounts. One user should have one G-Loot account and play from their personal game account only
System/bug abuse
It was detected that your were exploiting a G-Loot system or a game bug. All system discrepancies, errors, or bugs must be reported to the customer support team as soon as they are detected.
Fraudulent activity in the payments history
You have used one or more payment methods that do not belong to you, and we have a reason to believe that these payment methods were obtained illegally (for example, using a stolen card for deposits).
On G-Loot you can only use payment methods that belong to you personally for withdrawals, deposits, and any other kind of operations.
Reported by ID verification provider
Your activity has been flagged and reported to us by our identity verification provider(s) when you attempted to pass the identification process, which is mandatory for the withdrawal process.
We work with a few identity verification providers who work independently from G-Loot, and they may advise us to investigate specific users if their behavior during the identification process is suspicious.
Using payment methods or ID data that belongs to someone else
This is similar to two reasons above. In this case, you may be suspended if you use someone else’s data for withdrawal or deposit.
Please note that such is the case even if you might know the owner of these payment methods (for example family or friends) - you may only use a payment method that belongs to you personally.
Question and Answers
Q: My friends/relatives want to play from the same device or same address as me. Will this get me banned?
A: Playing from the same device, or from the same location, is not against the rules. However, each person who wants to play on G-Loot from the same device must be sure to use their own G-Loot and game account and always log in to the platform with their own credentials when they are playing.
Q: I played several different games on G-Loot but was suspended for abuse in one game only. Why are all my winnings removed if I won them playing several different games?
A: If abuse is detected in one game, all the winnings are removed since it is considered that the exploit was done on the G-Loot platform in general. Likewise, if a player is using their account for both GLL and G-Loot, the access to both services are revoked during the ban, as well as the removal of the winnings obtained on either platform.
Q: I forgot my password/login data to my G-Loot account. Can I make a new account?
I created another G-Loot account because I forgot/lost access to my first account, or sold it.
A: One user is allowed to have one account only, therefore we do not accept any excuse to make a new account.
In case of a forgotten password, please use the function “forgotten password?” from the login page.
If you forgot the email address registered to the account, or the password to the email, please reach out to G-Loot support.
If you have already created an additional G-Loot account because you lost access to your main account, please reach out to the G-Loot support and sort the situation out.
Q: How do you determine that I exploited the platform? Can you give me the proof?
A: We constantly observe the daily activity of G-Loot client users, because we want to ensure that all players on our service have a pleasant experience.
We have game admins who actively work with accounts that either get flagged by our systems, or reported by users or moderators.
A thorough investigation process, which includes several different programs, lets the game admins confirm or deny any suspicions. In some cases, they also have to make the hard decision of suspending users' G-Loot accounts.
Sharing more detailed information about the process would mean revealing confidential company information, therefore we are unable to share explicit proof of any specific case.
Q: I do not agree with your decision about the block and I want to appeal. How can I do that?
A: If you are completely certain that you did not break G-Loot’s Terms and Conditions in any way, but you are still blocked, please reach to our Support Team. Provide your G-Loot account details and any relevant information that could help the game admins to reconsider your case.
