If you are experiencing tracking issues when playing games on G-Loot, we have put together some quick troubleshooting steps to take before reaching out to support.
Check the following:
- Your operating system on your PC is Windows 10
- The client was launched before the game was launched
- The challenge was played in the correct mode - the modes of the game are listed at each challenge
- The in-game notifications were active - if the client and the game are running properly you should see the notifications from G-loot client, for example ''nice kill''
- The challenge you have played was finalized and you did quit the game too early.
