You will have to provide us with a case by submitting a request explaining and justifying why you want to remove and change your KYC details. Your request will be reviewed, and the details will be removed from our back-office if the case is being accepted. You will then be able to create a new KYC session.
The KYC process is done through our third-party KYC providers and we can not ensure you that you will not be blocked or flagged by our KYC providers which a resubmission could cause. KYC is a delicate and sensitive matter and we do ask you to respect the necessary requirements that are set to follow our KYC policy.
