You will have to contact support to explain and justify why you want to change your Identity Verification details. Your request will be reviewed, and the details will be removed from our database if the case is being accepted. You will then be able to create a new Identity Verification session.
The Identity Verification process is done through our third-party Identity Verification providers and we can not ensure you that you will not be blocked or flagged by our Identity Verification providers (which a resubmission could cause).
ID Verification is a delicate and sensitive matter and we do ask you to respect the necessary requirements that are set to follow our Identity Verification policy.
